Welcome to Stryker Boxers! We are Meghan & Jason Kline. Stryker Boxers began in 2006 when Jason surprised me with a beautiful and sweet boy we call Dakota. Dakota was everything and more than you would ever want in a Boxer, sweet, caring, and beautiful. Dakota has been and still is our entire reason for falling in love with this amazing breed.

After 3 years of research and alot of heartbreak later we welcomed our first litter into the world. Boy was this a learning experience for us. I wouldnt trade them for the world, but it did teach me that I had/have alot to learn and this is where we re-begin our venture into the Boxer world.

Boxers are not just in our life, they are our way of life. I can honestly say that there is not a time when I will be without a Boxer in my home. They are the MOST trusting, compassionate, smartest breed I have ever come across. There versatility still astounds me from protection work, to canine therapy, agility and obediance, they truely are an all around dog.

Breeding is not an issue that can be taken lightly. We are responsible for each and every puppy that we produce, and we have a very no nonsense approach to responsible pet ownership. We want to create puppies that are healthy, smart and beautiful to boot. This being said each and every breeding prospect that enters our program will be OFA Heart, Thyroid, hip certified, as well has Holter Monitoring once a year.While this does not guarentee that your puppy will never become sick, we feel as an ethical breeder, taking the time to test for each of these problems can help us better identify and isolate these problems from our gene pool.

Our home is located on 4 acres in St. Joseph County, Michigan. Our dogs live as normal members of our family. They sleep on our furniture, are underfoot during suppertime, and take part in every aspect of our lives. We believe that in order to produce the best quality puppies, raising them and their parents underfoot, makes the real difference as to how your puppy will adapt to it's new home. We keep our adult numbers low so that each of our dogs can get the utmost care and love that they need. No dog is this house hurts for love, care and the attention that they deserve.

We breed as a hobby, and to share with the world a healthy well bred pet or show puppy that has received the best care that money can buy. We do not offer puppies year round, if we plan a breeding it is because we are looking for our next prospect. We also raise our puppies in a clean and sanitary environment. Each of our puppies are also well socialized far before coming home with you. We not only have our litters evaluated by a show handler, but we also apply temperament testing in order to match the right puppy with the right family. We would never place a very active puppy with a quiet older couple, nor would we place a quiet and reserved puppy with a family of toddlers. Puppies are also started on crate training, in order to give them the idea of going outside to use the potty.

We are active members in good standing with the Mid-West Boxer Club.
